Answer：Power 0. Leave it as it is on the field.

Answer: It would be at Power 1000.

Details

A SIGNI would not go beyond Power 0, but the remaining Minus Power would still be floating around. In the old text, it is stated that power is "Reduced", but now it has been changed to Minus to be the same as Dio Daughter.

「Rule Change」Multiple cost for On-Play Abilities

Example：《大剣　ハチキュー》

出 Discard 1 <Arm> SIGNI from your hand: Search your deck for 1 <Arm> or <Weapon> SIGNI, reveal it and add it to your hand. Then, Shuffle your deck.

出 Discard 1 <Weapon> SIGNI from your hand: Banish 1 of your opponent's SIGNI with Power 8000 or less.

Before Rule Change
《大剣　ハチキュー》 On-Play abilities' cost must be paid at the same time, then after paying, use the 2 ability in any order.

After Rule Change
You can now use the first ability to search for a weapon, then use that card you searched to pay for the second ability. Therefore, you pay and use each ability separately.
