This is a card from WXD-12 Green Dream that will be popping in 3/2 weeks from now.


PRESENTING

Presentation (No PUN intended LOL)




Add 1 SIGNI from your Ener Zone to your hand. Then, if you have a Resona on the field, add 1 additional SIGNI from your Ener Zone to your hand.
 Life Burst: Put the top card of your deck into the Ener Zone. Then, add 1 SIGNI from your Ener Zone to your hand.



PROS:
1) No restriction. This means that its a big bonus for Classic Ener Deck like Midoriko. To them, their ENER is their hand. Being able to have more access to their ENER to get back their Key SIGNI when they are banished by opponent

2) Drawing this card at the late game is actually a life saver. When you have literally no SIGNI on the field. And the SIGNI you needed is sitting in your ENER Zone. This card is literally a "PRESENT".

3) 0 Cost.

CONS:
1) To maximize the value of this card, you need a Resona in your LRIG deck, which equates to one less ART slot, is it worth it?
There are many Resonas as of WX09 with no LRIG-restriction, but the decision lies with you on whether it is worth to splash this card as well as a Resona in your deck

2) Compared to Over and Over Again, this card has a similar use, both add 2 cards from your Ener Zone to your hand at the cost of an Art slot. Over and Over Again costs 1 extra mana, but does not suffer from the need to have a Resona on the field. It is up to the player to decide which is more worth.

Get Twinkle and Get Insect
These cards are similar to Presentation in the fact that they add SIGNI from a area to the hand and one more if you have a Resona SIGNI on the field. However do note that these cards cost 1 Ener as opposed to Presentation.

Let's look at the net difference
Presentation:
Net Ener Change: -2
Net Hand Change: +1
Get Twinkle & Get Insect:
Net Ener Change: -1
Net Hand Change: +1

Based on these statistics, it would seem that Get Twinkle and Get Insect are better, especially Get Insect, since there is no level limit to the card salvaged from trash. However, do note that Presentation is meant to be played in a Green deck, where the Ener Zone is like another hand for the players, thus it may be more useful in such decks. Another point to note is that Get Twinkle and Insect only add SIGNI of the same colour, whilst Presentation can add SIGNI of any colour.
