WX16 SIGNI reveals and thoughts

(Layer) All of your <Apparition> SIGNI get these Layer abilities.

Layer [Constant]: This SIGNI is unaffected by the effects of your opponent's SIGNI with power 15000 or more.

Layer  [Auto]: When this SIGNI leaves the field by the opponent's effect, draw 2 cards.

Life Burst: Search your deck for 1 <Apparition> SIGNI and add it to your hand or put it onto the field. Then, shuffle your deck.

*The first layer ability pretty much shuts down the Strong Signi effects. *Points to Ril, MCMR, etc etc

*The second layer ability helps with maintaining resources in hand

[Constant]: This SIGNI gets +1000 power for each [Virus] on your opponent's field.

[Auto]: At the end of your opponent's turn, banish 1 of your opponent's infected SIGNI. (SIGNI in the same SIGNI Zone as a [Virus] are infected.)

Life Burst: Choose 1.
① Draw 1 card.
② Place 1 [Virus] on up to 2 of your opponent's SIGNI Zones.

The first constant is pretty familiar to how other SIGNIs gain power based on certain situations

The contant effect is pretty strong. *IF THE SIGNI SURVIVES***
Blind helps though to prevent it from leaving the field by effect if it targets. However, even at full power of 10k. Its not that strong against an average level 4 SIGNI. Using ARTs to protect this Signi so that you can banish 1 of your opponent's infected SIGNI is also a questionable move and the situation varies. If not, it can just be treated as a free Ener.

But overall, its just an average card.
