Sydney Shop Tourney Results 30/1/16

We had quite a large turnout today with around 15 participants. I guess many players had completed and play tested their new decks with the new cards from WX11 and have upgraded their decks well.










Below are the decklist for the top 4:

At 4th place, we have a really interesting Piruluk deck which seems to be based around the new Water Beast SR from WX11, Gurehozame and Code Art H.T.R (Dagashi Kashi is a really cute anime this season imo :p) for multiple attacks in the same turn, a really cool combo.

2/3 Place shared the prize. Firstly, we have a Tama, Sweet Olive Miko Deck based around the green aspect of the LRIG ability. A level 4, 12 limit is very scary to mess with, esp with many new ener charging options in this new meta. Arms, Plants, Weapons, this deck seems to have it all!!

Next, we have my Yuki-Mayu. Yuki-Mayu seems to be the way to go now as Yuki cannot outlast most control decks, yet is aggressive enough with Labyrinth Romance, a really Overpowered Spell. Pishato-Gojuu-Kinkaku is also a really stong field, which many players cannot handle.


And in first place, we have yet another Yuki-Mayu deck. Teching in Iona Ultima and Penalty Chance in the event of a matchup against a mirror match is really strong, also the fact that searcher into Labyrinth Romance is a thing works really well.

Seems like today is the day where many new LRIGS, esp Yuki have made their debut well into the meta after being missing last week. Many new LRIGs from WX11 were seen as well, such as Code Piruluk Lambda as well as the new Hanayo Four.
