WX12 and New Trial Deck Updates!!!
So news dropped today (or maybe a few days ago and we were lazy... :p), with new posters for WX-12 revealing some really cool cards...
Looking here, the packaging for the pack reveals ah? Piruluk? Wasn't WX-12 supposed to be about Umr and Tawil again, as with every 3rd pack?
Seems like they are going for a different direction this time. Looking closely though, the Piruluk looks as if it can be a Black LRIG as well as a Blue LRIG, also, with the recent release of Code Art ✝ALCA✝, a Black Electric SIGNI, as well as Chain Blue and Black, a Chain ARTS which lowers cost for 1 Blue and 1 Black, leads me to speculating that this Piruluk may be the first duo-colored SIGNI (or be like Iona and stay blue but have synergy with Black cards).
It would be really cool to see another LRIG follow in the footsteps of Iona and focus on 2 colors, esp since it seemed to have failed with Ut'ulls.
According to the website this poster came from, many SIGNIs will become different colours but keep their standard classes (think Code Art ✝ALCA✝, hint hint: multicolored decks are gonna be a thing, just like in DM), as well as this set getting reprints as with WX-09.
Seems like a great set to buy, best get your pre-orders out now.
The other 2 cards seem to be a Ut'ulls ARTS, and possibly a Level 4 Angel SIGNI.
That's not all folks, WXD-15 and WXD-16 have been revealed to be: RED PROMISE (YUZUKI) and BLUE PETITION (Piruluk) respectively. Yuzuki gets another buff and I'm sure some people here (Joker and Kaiser...) are really happy about it. Piruluk is the surprising one though.
Piruluk already had a Trial deck given to her before this, and given the consistant support Piruluk has had so far, some might feel it to be pretty unfair that Piruluk gets another Trial Deck.
Remember, Mirurun and Anne are still in dire needs of a Trial Deck tbh, (and no, the spec selectors for Mirurun and Anne do not count, they weren't very good, i.e. gamebreaking as the other 3).
Best reason I can think of for giving Piruluk another Trial Deck is that Takara is trying to induce another playstyle for Piruluk (think Red Tama).
Until more info is actually released, all we can do is speculate, so until then...
